CAREER PATHS  
  • Thomas has founded his company MindMove in 2003. In addition, he founded the consultingnetwork “Inspiring Consultants“ in 2008 and is a partner of “Stärkenschmiede“.  He is a Past President of the Swiss ICF Chapter. Thomas headed the advisory board of a dental  center (70 employees) from 2010 to 2013 during restructuring and a successful M&A process. 
  •   Earlier in his career, Thomas was member of the Accenture executive team running change management projects for major clients. He worked as project leader for UBS and gained multicultural experience as cabin crew chief in flight with Swissair during his studies.
  • Thomas is an Executive Coach, facilitator and consultant for executive leadership development  and corporate transitions since university. 
  •  Thomas has earned a Masters in Business Administration at University Zürich, specializing in management, marketing, human resources and organizational psychology
